Account access

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of audit data. Accounts must only be used for authorized business purposes and may not be shared outside your organization.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform for lawful auditing, research, and reporting activities.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security safeguards.
• Provide only content that you are authorized to analyze.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans renew on the cycle shown in your billing settings. Credits are allocated based on your plan, and overage usage may require an upgrade. If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. System status updates are posted on our public status page.
